This is a BTS light stick. It comes with the member trading cards that were included when the light stick was purchased. I've used it a few times, but there are no noticeable scratches or damage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to the condition, as it has been stored by a private individual. Immediate purchase and price negotiation are OK.
