I purchased this from the official Amazon shop. The case is cracked. It has been cleaned properly, so it's clean. All accessories are in excellent condition. I used it about a year or two ago, so the earbuds themselves have quite a few scratches. However, I only used them for about three months, so I think they can be used for parts. It charges, but the button on the back doesn't respond. I don't know if the earbuds themselves work because the back button doesn't respond.
