I bought them for playing in the snow, so they have some water resistance, and the inside, from around the ankles up, is made of a fluffy material. The area up to the instep is made of a rubber-like nylon-like material, so I think it's waterproof, but the area from the ankles up is fabric. The waterproofness may have deteriorated over time. The gloves are labeled as size 150cm, but I'm not sure if that refers to height. My child had somewhat large hands, but they weren't 150cm tall in the first grade, nor were they exceptionally large. The material of the wrist, back of the hand, and palm are different. There is an adjustable strap on the wrist. They can be connected with a clip-like device to prevent them from getting lost. Regarding the gloves, there was a tag, but I cut it off with scissors because I planned to give them away. Since some time has passed since the purchase, and they are not a branded item, I don't know how waterproof they are. You may want to use waterproof spray when using the boots and gloves.
