No smoking or pets. I will try to make it as compact as possible and ship it in one package. I will also include charcoal desiccant for drying and odor control. Please comment if you are in Hokkaido or Okinawa. Purchased 5 years ago and used about 6 times. When stored, it was taken out of the dedicated case and stored with desiccant in a well-ventilated environment, so there is almost no stickiness. I think there is no mold because I washed it with water and dried it every time it got noticeably dirty. There are no major seam tape lifts or peeling that would interfere with use. Please forgive any oversights. I have posted photos of the seam tape within the range I could photograph. A small hole was made in the front flysheet fabric, so I asked Snow Peak to repair it. Also, some of the poles were replaced, so there are no distortions that would cause problems. I think there are almost no noticeable stains or scratches on the inner room or roof. The outer bag has some scratches and fraying due to transportation and aging. There is no problem with use. Please understand that this is a used item.
