Purchased from Apart by Lowrys. The border is made of rayon, making it thin and comfortable to wear. The sleeves have a frilly design, but it doesn't flare out too much when worn, so it's a design that's easy for adult women to wear without being overly sweet. I liked it and wore it several times, but it's in a clean condition with no stains or dirt. (Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.)
