One of the 9V jacks is a little loose. I have confirmed that all 9V terminals are powered. I have no equipment to test the 18V output, so it is unconfirmed. Also, I have not checked for noise. The LEDs on each port are designed to light up in case of an abnormality (such as a short circuit), so it is normal for them not to be lit.
