Tested and confirmed to be working. Aside from the outer box, there is almost no sign of use. The charging indicator light on the right earphone is on, but no sound was produced. I was unable to determine the cause, whether it was a pairing issue, a reset problem, or incorrect settings for the left/right volume balance. I also couldn't figure out how to adjust or repair it, so I am listing it as a "defective" item. Please purchase if you are able to resolve the issue. The charging case and the left earphone responded without any problems. It seems like only the right earphone is out of sync, but the details are unknown.
