The biggest damage is the tear on the heel in photo 6. There are no other tears or holes. Regarding the fit. My foot length is about 24cm, and I have a high instep and wide feet. I wear 25.5cm for 3E shoes and 26cm for 2E shoes. This product is 2E, but it fit me perfectly. My personal opinion is that it's best for runners with a pace of 4 minutes 50 seconds per kilometer or faster. I felt the effect was subtle at a pace of 5 minutes per kilometer or slower. I think you'll get the most responsiveness if you land in the area that's most worn down in photo 4 (in front of the heel, behind the arch). It teaches you how to run. I liked Mizuno's Smooth Speed Assist function so much that I almost completely switched to Mizuno from Adidas Adizero.
