This is a Miki House puzzle book. When you put the animal puzzles in place, several different sounds will play. The puzzle itself has beads inside, and when you shake it, it makes a rattling sound, so I think even babies at a young age will enjoy it. The book part has some damage such as folds, but there are no tears. There are some slight tears and peeling on the corners of the book.
