This is a STAUB silicone slotted spatula. The wooden handle adds a nice touch, even just hanging in the kitchen. The tip is harder than a typical spatula, so it's not ideal for scraping ingredients, but slotted spatulas are rare, and this one is very convenient for making risotto or thick dressings. I bought it two years ago and used it a few times, but I haven't used it since, so I'm selling it to declutter.
