This is a cushion designed to reduce strain on the lower back. I used it for about a year or two when I had severe lower back pain. I purchased it in May 2023 on Amazon. In addition to the belt attached to the main body, there is another belt with a joint that allows you to adjust the length. I no longer use it because my posture correction at the chiropractor is going well. I would be happy to pass it on to someone. Condition: - The belt attached to the main body is worn. - Therefore, the condition is listed as "slightly scratched and dirty." I don't think the cushion itself is worn out, but please understand that this is a layman's inspection and a used item.
