This is a figure of Godzilla 1966 from the Tokusatsu Daizenshu series, from the film "Ebirah, Horror of the Deep." The connecting rod between the rock and wave base is missing, but there are protrusions on the land base to fit the rock into, so it's still possible to display it naturally (see photo 4). The condition is relatively good as it has been stored in a dark place.
