This is a table runner upcycled from a used, genuine silk (正絹) fukuro obi (袋帯). The obi is in beautiful condition. A golden thread shimmers with images of a court carriage surrounded by flowers and drums. The beige-gold bamboo seems to stretch straight up, creating a refreshing feel.
