This item has a slightly glossy and elegant fabric. It would be lovely to handmade skirts, pants, shirts, bags, etc. with this fabric. It is believed to be over 60 years old. Although it is a new, unused item, it has been stored in a warehouse for a long time. I don't see any stains, but please refer to the photos and refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
