I received this from my mother (the child's grandmother). I believe she purchased it new from Rakuten Ichiba. It was originally new, but my child doesn't get cold easily, so they only wore it a few times (about 1-2 times?). They are an only child, and I forgot to give it to my nephew (currently 3 years old). However, I believe it's made in China. (There's a tag that looks like it's in Chinese) The outer fabric was originally stiff, and it felt stiff even when it was new. The inner fabric is made of a different material, so I don't think it will feel stiff when worn. I don't think there are any stains or dirt, as it hasn't been worn much. Considering the shipping, handling fees, and the cost of the special box (Yu-Packet Plus), this price is the limit. m(_ _)m
