I made short arm covers using Liberty's Hampstead Summer green fabric. There are two elastic openings on the inside. They are not closed, so you can adjust or replace the elastic. I will send them to you with the elastic loosely tied as shown on the right side of the second photo. Please adjust them to fit your arms and retie them securely, tucking the knot inside. When retieing, it might be helpful to secure the ends of the elastic with a clip or something similar to prevent them from going inside the main fabric.
