This is an old item, I received it new about 3-4 years ago. I bought it for my daughter, but she preferred Sylvanian Families(^^;; She didn't play with it much. I don't think all the contents are complete. Everything in the photos is what's included. It may include Licca-chan items and other Barbie items. As far as I can tell, the comforter, table, and one of the front garden fences are missing. I don't know anything about the small items. I tried putting batteries in the light when I received it, but it didn't work. There's a tear in the garden in one place. Two stickers are like in the photos. Since it's an old item, the wallpaper is peeling off and there are yellowed areas. The roof was yellowed from the beginning. There is also dirt inside the box, typical of old items. Shipping costs are cheaper until the 16th, so this price is good until the 16th. The price will go up from the 17th, so those considering purchasing should buy it soon. Please purchase only if you understand that this is an old item. The box is also included. I will ship it by wrapping the box directly in bubble wrap.
