This is a two-piece set from APUWEISER, the predecessor to Apuweiser-riche. The company is the same as Riche, ARPEGE CORPORATION, and I think it's very rare and difficult to obtain now. With a rounded shawl collar, pearl design, a double-breasted jacket with glamorous and retro buttons, and belts on both sides of the jacket's hem, it has a very elaborate design and is very cute.
