These are short shorts from the Heisei gal era. The size is 61. I bought them at a gal clothing store somewhere in 101 or EST One, HEP. They are distressed short shorts and go with anything. There is a slight stain on the back left side, but I think they are in good condition. I have washed them normally for the sale. They are in good condition, so I think you can still wear them.
