This is a vintage ballpoint pen. The ink no longer flows, so please replace the ink cartridge for practical use. It's a click-type ballpoint pen that extends when you push the top, but even when it was new, you had to push it in firmly to get it to stay out. The Peckle character was designed to light up when clicked, but the battery is dead. There's a screw, but it's unknown whether replacing the battery will revive it.
