There is no crossing gate (see photos 3 and 4), but otherwise, all parts are included and I believe it is in good condition. I only used it a few times. Operation confirmed OK. Batteries will be removed before shipping, so please prepare them yourself. This is a rare item as it is no longer in production. No returns or exchanges accepted.
