It has a wide elastic band around the waist, so it fits the body while maintaining a relaxed silhouette. It's a sleeveless top with a muted floral pattern. It feels like just the top part of a floral dress. It can be worn as everyday wear and also suits resort wear well. It's cool, light, doesn't wrinkle when folded, and can even be worn to light parties. It would look good with a skirt or leggings. Closing the ribbon at the bust makes it cute.
