This rod has a star mark, which is proof that the spine has been measured very accurately, and you can clearly see the curve, like that of a Japanese sword. The serial number is in the 28000s. This rod was made when Winston was manufacturing and assembling blanks at its Montana headquarters. The rod sock has the inspection mark of Inagaki, the import agent at the time. High-quality materials are also used for the cork and reel seat. I am selling this due to decluttering.
