This is a seat belt clip with an adjustable length and a secure fastener. I bought it because the seat belt was rubbing against my neck and seemed painful, but I no longer need it as I've grown. It was used about 2-3 times in a rental car and is practically in new condition. This is a set of two. Thank you.
