Nazca Protect Case Guitar Case I had this custom-made for a 17-inch D'Angelico because standard jumbo cases tend to sag and allow the guitar to move around inside after extended use. The design is roughly between a jumbo and a dreadnought. The specifications include a slightly shorter overall length (see photo 5) and a slightly tighter body thickness, making it much easier to carry without the guitar shifting around. While it was made for a D'Angelico, it should fit most acoustic guitars and 17-inch full-body archtops with a total length of approximately 110cm or less. I don't have any experience with Gretsch-type guitars, so I can't say for sure. I've carried Stratocasters, Telecasters, semi-hollow bodies, Birdland guitars, Les Pauls, and SGs in cases of the same model without any issues, as long as they weren't jostled around too much. However, if you're concerned about carrying thinner-bodied semi-hollows, Birdland-type full-body archtops, or solid-body guitars, I recommend using padding for extra protection. There are some scratches on the surface, but the inside is clean. In my opinion, it's in near-new condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor imperfections.
