This is a pleated skirt from Le Ciel Bleu. Size: 34 (equivalent to XS) Color: White, Black The waist has a hook and button closure. The border between the black and white pleats is secured with a buttoned string. It comes with a knee-length inner skirt. I've loved wearing this for both work and personal use, so it shows some wear. I accidentally stepped on the roller of a chair at work once, and there's a stain on the white part.
