One day, while making a delivery, he reunites with his father, Shuhei (Kuranosuke Sasaki), a news reporter for a TV station, and his grandfather, Hiroshi (Yasunori Danda), a former newspaper reporter, whom he hadn't seen in years! At Hiroshi and Shuhei's suggestion, they begin living together, and Yu witnesses Hiroshi and Shuhei debating "the way news should be." Meanwhile, Yu is invited by his university seminar junior, Shosei Mitsumura (Yoshinori Masakado), to become a writer for an online news site.
