First Sun Motif ◆ Acquired from an antique dealer about 20 years ago. It's an old piece from England, dating back to the 19th century. The thick, wavy glass is impressive. This one is even smaller. The English seem to like sun motifs. However, due to aging, some of the frame (perhaps rubber) is soft, but there are no problems with the glass. This pattern may have been a house motif style, as there are several of them, so it might be good for those who want to collect them. It's mostly colored, and the clear parts are also thick, making it difficult to see through, but the scenery is faintly visible, making it quite fantastical. The different glass patterns in color and clear are also cute. It's not mechanical, and the randomness created by humans is a beautiful feature of this piece.
