I purchased this new from Soundhouse. It comes with the dedicated case, shock mount, windscreen, and manual. The windscreen is completely unused. The dedicated case has some minor scratches and dirt, but the condenser microphone itself is very clean. It has only been used a few times for recording. Operation has been confirmed.
