I recently purchased this on Mercari, washed it once by hand, and curled the ends with a curling iron. It hasn't been cut. When I wore it, I think it was just about touching my shoulders. It's a blonde color, close to white. It feels like a calm color. The amount of hair isn't too much and looks natural. Returns are not accepted. I will not use bubble wrap for packaging.
