This is a Tiger rice mill. I haven't used it for several years. It powers on. I have confirmed that the blades rotate when the operation button is pressed and stop when the stop button is pressed. Everything in the photos is included. The original box is not included (it will be shipped in a different box). The instruction manual is not included (it can be viewed online).
