I found this on YouTube and fell in love with the sound, so I bought it used from Ishibashi Music. I switched to this from a 000-16gt. Personally, I'm glad I made the switch. It depends on your preference for materials and sound, but the resonance that comes through your stomach and thighs is different. Although it's from the same 16 series, this model has a different scale length than the others, using the OOO scale instead of the OM scale. I've played it almost every day since I bought it. I always loosened the strings and hung it on the wall. I haven't used it live, only for practice and home recording, so it's in relatively good condition, I think. I've searched around, but I couldn't find any for sale currently. The top is spruce, and the sides and back are granadillo. Granadillo is said to have a sound similar to Brazilian rosewood.
