I received this as a gift in 2022. I hardly used it as a nursing cover, and only used it as a blanket in the car for a short time when my baby was very young. According to the official website, it seems to be a 50th-anniversary design. I don't think there are any noticeable stains, but there might be some overlooked, and I've washed it several times, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
