This is a Regina Risre ultimate cinched-waist, lace-up flare skirt. As it's a product from a few years ago, the product page is no longer available. I purchased it from the official website for around 10,000 yen at the time. Size 38 seems to be equivalent to S-M size. It has a zipper on the side, and the lace-up allows for self-adjustment, so the waist is relatively adjustable. When I, who am 152cm tall, wear it, it falls below the knee to a midi length (mid-calf). The lace-up allows you to fix it around the area from just under the bust to the waist, so the length can also be adjusted slightly. The fabric is thick and sturdy. It has a lining. I used it about 2-3 times a month for about two years, from autumn to early spring. It will be placed in a plastic bag to prevent water damage, folded small, and compressed for shipping via Takkyubin Compact. Please be aware of possible folding wrinkles.
