These appear to be stickers from after the TV broadcast began, so they are likely from 20-25 years ago and are quite rare. The Hamtaro sticker in the center is about 3 cm, and the other characters are about 1 cm. I think it would be cute to put them in your smartphone as they are, still on the backing sheet.
