New, unused, and made in 2005. No box. There is no change in the nubuck due to aging. Also, there are currently no signs of sole peeling or separation, but as these are old sneakers, please consider this before purchasing. I have kept them carefully stored in the back of my closet, but as they are stored by a private individual, please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about their condition.
