It appears to be in beautiful condition, with no initial scratches (there are no scratches on the back that are common with this card when held up to the light). I believe it will easily get a 10 from PSA or ARS (I was going to send it to ARS for express grading the other day, but I forgot, so I'm putting it up for sale).
