Shoulder strap that came with a TUMI bag. Purchased about 2 years ago, brand new and unused. I carry few items, mostly documents, and I hold the handle, so I never used the shoulder strap. I have kept it stored in the original paper bag since purchase, never taking it out. Even when carrying heavy items like a laptop, the padding should make it comfortable on the shoulder.
