These are Chloe boots. They do not have a zipper. The opening is knit, and it's a very cute design. The heel is thick, so I think they'll be comfortable to wear. The color is black, and the knit part is navy. The size is 37 and a half. They should fit someone around 23.5cm. *Please check the condition from the images. The box is not included.
