I purchased this last week and charged it, intending to use it. However, I received another facial device on the same day, and decided to use that one instead. Therefore, this item is unused and brand new. The film on the plate that touches the skin has not been removed. The charger was used once. The instruction manual has some dirt and creases. The color is ivory. Although the main unit has not been used, it has been opened once, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. m(__)m
