Rare McDonald's Characters Happy Meal Toys Unused, but stored with other items in my collection. There are some minor paint chips from storage. Please check the images. The arms and legs spin around, and it seems to be a toy that swims on water by flapping its legs. I haven't tested it, so I don't know if it actually works, but the arms and legs spin and the legs flap. I loved it as part of my collection, but I'm letting it go to declutter.
