Purchased on a trip some time ago. This is a Batik Semar tablecloth and six placemats. The design is batik of puppets from "Wayang Kulit," a traditional Indonesian shadow puppet play. Batik Semar was established in 1947 by the Kasigit family and is a well-known major Indonesian batik (wax-resist dyed cloth) manufacturer. I think it would be luxurious to use it on a living room table or as placemats for an Asian-themed dining table. ♦︎Center table mat x 1 Size: Approximately 29.5cm x 88cm ♦︎Placemats x 6 (4 patterns) Size: Approximately 29cm x 29cm New and unused. I have checked them over and don't see any stains or dirt. There is a slight storage odor. Please wash before use. The bag is wrinkled and torn, so I will repack it in a separate bag before shipping.
