This is a skull ring from Sasquatchfabrix. I purchased it at Isetan Men's in Shinjuku. It has a black plating, but some areas have worn off with use, revealing the silver underneath. The bag is marked as size L, but I believe it's approximately size 20-21 (Japanese ring size). It comes with the original plastic bag and box.
