It caused a tingling sensation, so it didn't agree with me. I hope someone else can use it. *The outer box will be included, but it is not unused.* I haven't used it in an unsanitary way, but if you are concerned, please discard the first 1mm before use. I purchased this around December 2025, so I think it's still relatively new.
