Thank you for viewing! This is a dress from Catherine Cottage featuring a lot of floral embroidery on the tulle. The yellow color is bright and lovely. The dress has three layers of tulle, with hard tulle in between the layers and the lining, so it's fluffy and cute even without a petticoat. There are no noticeable scratches, but upon close inspection, there are a few snags on the tulle part of the skirt (see photo 15).
