Purchased from a Disney Store in the US approximately 13 years ago. Unopened. Package has some scuffing on the corners, etc. I believe this is not sold in Japan. Due to its age, there is some peeling of the tape and slight scuffing/minor soiling of the package due to aging. The minor soiling is not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
