This is a used item with some dirt. The dirt on the back cover is particularly noticeable. There are also tea stains inside. Only the first few pages have a few underlined sections in red pen and one section highlighted with a marker. There are other writings as well, and I may have overlooked some. Please feel free to negotiate the price.
