This is promotional card P002 from the "Gamera, Gappa, and Gyaos Special Effects Encyclopedia ver. 1" series, which was included as a bonus with the Cigarette Cocoa released by Orion. I've forgotten how I obtained it, but I purchased it when I was collecting them and have kept it in a sleeve since then, so I don't think there are any major scratches or damage.
