Color: Navy, Size 100 This is a formal dress from Catherine Cottage. The skirt is a flared type (it also has a lining so it won't irritate the legs). I wore it once for a short time at the entrance ceremony. In the 7th photo, there is a faint, horizontal line-like stain on the center of the skirt, but it's not noticeable because the skirt is flared. Dry cleaned.
