The center press and flared design create a very beautiful silhouette. The fabric is neither too thin nor too thick, so you can wear it all year round. I had a few similar pairs of pants, so I wore them in rotation. The hem is coming undone in one place, so I've secured it with double-sided fabric tape. I don't think it will affect wear, but please be aware of this. I don't think there are any noticeable major stains, but I may have overlooked something due to my amateur inspection. Also, please understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home.
